Kale chips and veggie soup

My quick no-nonsense kale chip recipe--tear up kale leaves, spread on cookie sheet, spray with cooking spray or olive oil, bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt--and crunch away! Soup is lots of random CSA veggies in veg broth, with a few spoonfuls of TVP.

  1. Kale chips are the best!! I do mine similarly - 350F for 27 minutes, and I use nutritional yeast, black pepper, onion and garlic powder, and sometimes sage and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar if I'm feeling fancy, in addition to the salt. Yum!

  2. I love kale chips! We have a local vendor at the market who makes a variety of flavours and styles.

    We're getting into a week of rain here, perfect for soup weather!
